Turning Vegetarian

Today I picked up the Better Homes and Gardens 365 Vegetarian Meals cookbook. I spent some time browsing Barnes and Nobel and this really did turn out to be one of the best looking books I could find (that said, it was not organized particularly well and if you have any suggestions please let me know!).

So step one included me going through page by page and determining the first round of recipes to try. The following is list one and I will link to the individual posts as I prepare and photo document the process!
